Tendoncartilagei provides personalized habit planning services designed to help clients build and maintain positive daily routines. Our products include:

A two-week focused plan targeting one core habit, including a discovery call, daily structure templates, printable tracking sheets, and fourteen days of email support.

3.2 Complete Routine Blueprint

A six-week comprehensive plan covering up to three interconnected habits with weekly check-in calls, a custom progress dashboard, two revision cycles, and priority email support.

3.3 Premium Annual Plan

A twelve-month partnership including unlimited habit areas, quarterly in-depth reviews, unlimited plan adjustments, monthly coaching sessions, and exclusive resource library access.

All plans are delivered digitally following a discovery consultation. Tendoncartilagei does not provide medical, psychological, or clinical services. Our habit plans are educational and coaching-oriented wellness products.

4. Account Registration and Security

Certain services may require you to create an account on tendoncartilagei.world. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at office@tendoncartilagei.world if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Ordering and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in euros (EUR) and include applicable Dutch value-added tax (BTW) unless otherwise stated. By placing an order for a habit plan product, you make a binding offer to purchase at the listed price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

Payment must be completed at the time of order using accepted payment methods displayed during checkout. We use secure, PCI-compliant payment processors to handle all financial transactions. Your order is confirmed upon successful payment processing and receipt of a confirmation email from Tendoncartilagei.

6. Delivery of Products

Personalized habit plans are delivered digitally within three business days following your discovery consultation, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery occurs via secure email to the address provided during registration or consultation scheduling. Premium plan clients additionally receive access to a private client portal on tendoncartilagei.world. You are responsible for ensuring your contact information is accurate and for checking your email including spam folders for delivery notifications.

7. Consultations and Scheduling

Discovery calls, check-in sessions, and coaching appointments included in your plan must be scheduled within the timeframe specified for your product. Missed appointments without at least twenty-four hours advance notice may be forfeited and are not refundable. Tendoncartilagei will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests submitted with adequate notice via office@tendoncartilagei.world or our contact form.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on tendoncartilagei.world, including text, graphics, logos, plan templates, methodologies, and software, is the intellectual property of Tendoncartilagei or its licensors and is protected by Dutch and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your customized habit plan for personal purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or publicly display any plan content, website materials, or proprietary methodologies without our prior written consent.

They are not substitutes for professional medical, nutritional, psychological, or legal advice. Results from following habit plans vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and consistency. Tendoncartilagei makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from using our products.

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Dutch law, Tendoncartilagei shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.
