This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, cancellations, and returns of personalized habit plan products purchased from Tendoncartilagei through tendoncartilagei.world. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our Essential Habit Starter, Complete Routine Blueprint, and Premium Annual Plan while complying with Dutch consumer protection law and EU distance selling regulations.

1. Nature of Our Products

All habit plan products offered by Tendoncartilagei are digital, personalized services. Upon purchase, you receive a customized habit plan document, coaching sessions as specified in your plan tier, and ongoing support delivered electronically. Because our products are tailored specifically to your individual goals, routines, and lifestyle information provided during consultation, they constitute personalized digital content under Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code and Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

2. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer purchasing from Tendoncartilagei, you generally have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with Dutch distance selling regulations. However, this right does not apply once we have begun delivering personalized digital content with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

At the time of purchase, you will be asked to explicitly consent to immediate commencement of service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal will be lost once your discovery consultation is scheduled or your personalized plan creation begins, whichever occurs first.

2.1 Withdrawal Before Service Commencement

If you exercise your right of withdrawal before your discovery consultation has been scheduled and before any personalized plan work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal notification. 2.2 Withdrawal After Service Commencement

Once your discovery consultation has taken place or plan customization has begun, the right of withdrawal no longer applies due to the personalized nature of our products. However, our satisfaction guarantee described in Section 4 may still apply.

3. Cancellations

3.1 Essential Habit Starter (€59)

You may cancel your Essential Habit Starter purchase and receive a full refund if cancellation is requested at least forty-eight hours before your scheduled discovery call and before any plan documents have been created. Cancellations made less than forty-eight hours before the scheduled call are subject to a €15 administrative fee to cover preparation time.

3.2 Complete Routine Blueprint (€149)

Cancellation with full refund is available if requested before your discovery consultation. After the consultation but before plan delivery, you may cancel for a partial refund of €99. Once your six-week plan has been delivered, cancellation is not available, but the satisfaction guarantee in Section 4 applies during the first fourteen days after delivery.

3.3 Premium Annual Plan (€299)

Premium Annual Plan subscriptions may be cancelled within the first thirty days of the plan start date for a prorated refund minus the value of any consultations, coaching sessions, or plan revisions already delivered. After thirty days, the plan continues for the remainder of the twelve-month term without refund, though you may request plan pausing for up to thirty days due to exceptional circumstances such as extended travel or personal emergencies.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

Tendoncartilagei stands behind the quality of our personalized habit plans. If you are not satisfied with your delivered plan, you may request adjustments or a refund under the following conditions:

4.1 Plan Revision Requests

All plans include at least one revision cycle as specified in the product description. If your delivered plan does not align with the goals discussed during your discovery consultation, contact us within seven days of delivery to request a complimentary revision. Our team will work with you to adjust the plan until it meets your expectations.

4.2 Refund Eligibility

If, after utilizing all included revision cycles, you remain unsatisfied with your plan, you may request a refund within fourteen days of the original plan delivery date. Refund requests must include a detailed explanation of why the plan does not meet your needs. Refunds are granted at our discretion when we determine that the plan materially fails to address the goals established during your consultation.

We will acknowledge your request within two business days and provide a decision within seven business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional five to ten business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Gift Plan Returns

Habit plans purchased as digital gift certificates may be refunded to the original purchaser if the gift has not been redeemed and the discovery consultation has not been scheduled. Once the gift recipient has redeemed the certificate and scheduled a consultation, standard return policies apply to the recipient as the service user.

7. Corporate and Team Plans

Custom corporate and team habit programs are governed by separate agreements negotiated at the time of purchase. Return and cancellation terms for corporate clients are specified in the individual service agreement. For questions about corporate plan returns, contact office@tendoncartilagei.world.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue through our refund process may result in suspension of access to any remaining plan services. We will provide all relevant documentation to payment processors to resolve disputes fairly and in accordance with this Return Policy.

9. Defective or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a plan that contains factual errors, is incomplete, or was clearly not customized based on your consultation information, notify us within seven days of delivery. We will promptly correct the plan at no additional charge or offer a full refund if correction is not possible. This guarantee is separate from and in addition to the general satisfaction guarantee described in Section 4.

10. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

Clients who wish to upgrade from the Essential Habit Starter to the Complete Routine Blueprint or Premium Annual Plan within thirty days of their initial purchase may apply the full amount of their original purchase toward the upgraded plan. Downgrades from higher-tier plans to lower-tier plans are not available once the higher-tier service delivery has begun, but unused portions of Premium Annual Plans may be credited toward future purchases at our discretion.

11. Force Majeure

In the event that Tendoncartilagei is unable to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or technical failures, we will work with affected clients to reschedule services or provide appropriate refunds for undelivered portions of purchased plans.

12. Consumer Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with how we handle your return or refund request, you have the right to submit a complaint to the Dutch consumer authority or seek resolution through the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are committed to resolving all complaints fairly and promptly in accordance with Dutch consumer protection standards.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return Policy to reflect changes in our products, pricing, or legal requirements. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy is published on tendoncartilagei.world. Purchases made before a policy change remain governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
